So I'm gearing up and heading off to a local writer's conference today!
This is a two day conference for a variety of writers, though mostly romance. I'll be teaching a worskhop on Time Management and I can't wait! I have a freebie book giveaway and a bunch of fun "parting gifts" to bestow after my workshop. :)
I'm also looking forward to the classes I'll be attending and the big multi-author booksigning Saturday afternoon.
Please pray the weekend goes well. This isn't a Christian-based conference like the ACFW is, so I'm always extra hopeful at these that God will use me to reach someone for Him or be an encouragement to someone in need.
I'll also be pitching to editors there, so prayers for that would also be appreciated. Here we go!

PS - is it bad I packed 4 pairs of shoes for what is essentially a 24 hour conference?
