When you need a break, be it from writing or work or housework or whatever, what is your go-to treat? Caffeine? Chocolate? Coffee? Comfort food?
My stress relief treat is a super cold Diet Coke and usually a cookie or piece of chocolate. I'm in love with BUttercups cupcakes, but at almost $4 a cupcake, that's a rare treat as is my Starbucks stress relief mocha. Sometimes the stress relief isn't worth the new stress from over spending!
But I digress.
