I did it...

I joined the gym!

Yep. I'm diving back into gym world because this one is super nice, super clean, has several locations, isn't known as an oogling beef market (like my previous gym from several years ago) and offers the following FREE of charge: group classes, whirlpool, steam room, indoor lap pool, towels, lockers, AND childcare for the toddler. And its really affordable.

I officially have no more excuses ;)

Have you joined a gym this year? Why or why not?

For me, I feel like if I have a membership I'll use it because I hate wasting money. I don't have a lot of means of exercising around the house, but if I'm making the effort to go and do this, I'll actually go and do it.

Tomorrow... ;)

yes, Betsy...i go to the gym 3-4 times a week..i started last year..enjoy yourself..burn, burn, burn! =)

Haven't joined a gym. I exercise at home but have an exercise physiologist that holds me accountable.
I exercise because I won't my body as healthy as it can be. But I rarely want to exercise.
I love swimming. Maybe you'll like that too! And pilates, have you tried a pilates class?

Haha, I've never joined a gym! I occasionally commit to running a few kilometres each morning, but that never lasts more than two weeks... :P

Good for you! We don't have a gym, but I try and Jazzercise a few times a week. People usually think of leg warmers and head bands, but its so much fun. (the exercise, not the leg warmers :])
