First stop was the book signing at Barnes & Noble. Robin had her entire family with her, a fun bunch of supportive, grinning, happy people in matching T-Shirts. Mr. Miller's shirt read: "My wife wrote" and had a pic of the book cover. The kids' shirts read: "My mommy wrote" etc. TOO cute!!
I toted my mother and grandmother along with me - there we were, three generations of excited readers (me in red, Mom in pink, Grandma in cute jacket) and dear ACFW member Cheryl Wyatt! (pink pants)

After the book signing, I went solo to Robin's book launch party at a nearby library. Her family went all out with a themed stage-setting and delicious food.
(Yes, Robin, I remember - 5 brownies. lol) We had a blast, eating, talking...and bonus - several other ACFWr's showed up for the fun! Cheryl Wyatt, Ronie Kendig, and Dineen Miller. Let the inside jokes, Diet Coke and laughter flow! =)

LOVED hanging out with you, Bets! hey, I just noticed that your shirt is candy APPLE red. *grin* I haven't laughed that much in a very long time. It was fabulous. Oh, yeah--and watching Robin sign books was kewl, too. LOL
It was so fun, Bets! I'm so glad you could come! SHHH on the brownies, girl! Guess who got to bring the rest of them home to Little Rock, hmm? LOL

Oh what a blast that was! I'm finally home and trying to catch up. Haven't even had a chance to post about it, let alone visit the Apple store. (wink-wink)
